New Layout, Links + Need New Header.png

New day. Today we will changing up the layout again. I'm having problems once again with disqus and my ads and some other technical stuff I need to resolve. All new links will be uploaded using a server that I am working on getting.

As of now all links will be fixed as soon as I finish the layout design.

If you are a graphic designer and or know of someone that is. Doesn't matter if you charge just give me some sort of price range and time it will be completed. I am looking for a 350 x 300 header with a new log and the title
