Tumblr Blocked at School: Program Work Around

After they have blocked tumblr at my school for one bad seed posting some penises I have decided to create a program work around. After 20 minutes of messing around on VB 2010 I have put together three simple forms, splash screen, proxy server and web browser. Withthis program you get around a internet censor and get back on the sites in the list.

I made it so you plug in a proxy iP and port.

I havent really updated my Tumblr and i am kinda thinking about deleting it.
