Go to Manage then Sources
Add Source Sinfuliphonerepo.com
Search Barrel
Please Note these are cracked version and are not helping in supporting the developer. I have deleted mine after this video. It is $1.99 on Cydia.
Also note that Barrel is kinda buggy use with caution.
You can Adjust the animations for changing pages in the Settings.app.
