PS3 KaKoRoToS Notes on CFW 4.21

As noted on his twitter that he is just awaring people to not jump the gun and instantly install the latest CFW 4.21. (Rogero and or BlueDisk).

He notes that "everyones consoles" are getting bricked and that you should always take precautions before installing new software. Be sure to have a flasher handy just in case things don't turn out for the best.
